As previously reported the draw and press-conference devoted to the “Art-Football” Festival are taking place on the 9^th of April at 11 a.m. There will be presented all the participating countries namely England, Brazil, Germany, Israel, Korea, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Estonia and Japan.

It has been decided to seed the teams that took the premier 4 places at the last tournament: Russia, Brazil, Ukraine and Romania. The rest of draw will be blindfold.

Participating teams started to send preliminary lists full of interesting and famous names.

Football old-timers such as Pavel Nedvěd (CzechRepublic), Pierre van Hooijdonk (Netherlands), Kerry Dixon (England), Marcelo Goncalves (Brazil), Sergei Kiriakov (Russia), Patrik Berger  (Czech Republic), Vladimír Šmicer (CzechRepublic), Dominik Hašek (Czech Republic), Billy Wingrove (England), Soufiane Touzani (Netherlands) will be presented.

The fine artists taking part are – Lewis Clay (England), Steve Brookstein (England), DJ AfroJack (Netherlands), Liber (Poland), Toni Garrido (Brazil), J.R. Blackmore (Germany), Adrian Enache (Romania), Ott Lepland (Estonia), «East 17» (England).

We are also waiting for the arrival of FIFA President Joseph Blatter by the Closing of the Festival.

We can announce the names of international level celebrities – our special guests whose performances will conclude daily festival concerts. They are Chris Norman, Emir Kusturica, Thomas Andres, Ricardo Fogli, «ABBA-show», «Uriah Heep», «FoolsGarden».

The entrance at the matches and concerts is free therefore we hope that each spectator will perform charitable donations for children care in course of the campaign “Under the Flag of Kindness!” in the special boxes located at the entrance of the Moscow Theatre of music and drama of Stas Namin (the Green Theater) and stadiums “Torpedo”, “Spartak” and “Krylya Sovetov”.

The schedule of the matches and concerts will be published the next day after the draw.

The draw and press-conference will be translated ON-line at www.fcstarco.ru and www.ria.ru.

The draw will be hosted by the best Russian DJ Sergey Minaev.

At the press-conference will be presented:

- the Head of the Moscow Department of Physical Culture and Sport Alexey Vorobyov;

- the President of the Russian Football Union Nikolay Tolstykh;

- the honored President of the Russian Football Union Vyacheslav Koloskov;

- the general manager of the Moscow Direction of sporting and entertainment Alexander Polinskiy;

- the campaign organizer, general director of the Fund “Direction of charitable programs “Starco” Jury Davydov;

- the Head of the Charitable Program, director of the Fund “Under the Flag of Kindness!” Natalya Davydova;

- honored Master of Sports of Russia, producer, player of the team “Starco” Ilya Averbuch;

- producer, composer, the Head of the Jury Alexander Shevchenko.

The day before the draw we will announce the team lists with descriptions of their artistical or football  belongings although by now it’s clear that the common level of the artists is very advanced thereby the Festival is turning into a quite fantastic event.
